Is Peptide Pulse medical advice?
No. Peptide Pulse is an educational reference tool only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making health-related decisions.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Open your iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Peptide Pulse → Cancel Subscription. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Does the calculator work offline?
Yes. The peptide database and dosing calculator work entirely offline. Only the AI Research Assistant requires an internet connection.
Where does the peptide data come from?
Our database is compiled from published research available on PubMed and other scientific literature sources. Evidence tiers reflect the current state of research for each compound.
I restored my purchase but Pro isn't showing.
Go to Profile → tap "Restore Purchases." If it still doesn't work, make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase. Contact us if the issue persists.
How do I delete my data?
Go to Profile → Settings → Clear Calculations / Clear Chat History. To delete your account entirely, email us at support@peptidepulse.io.
